The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
I am working with a SEMH school based in Bromley that is looking for a new Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will be working with key stage 2 & 3 students in and out of class. You must have strong behaviour management skills. To be considered for this role, you must build strong rapport with the students and be an approachable, confident, and efficient person. You must have experience working with challenging behaviour and be able to commit to a full-time long-term role.

This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 7-13 years old. The school's focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy while offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils.
