Job Duties:
1. The sales manager is responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals. This includes providing guidance, support, and feedback to each team member.
2. The sales manager sets clear goals for the sales department and estimates future vehicle sales.
3. Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure they are up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
4. Identify customer needs.
