The school follows Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB) methodologies, allowing students to develop essential communication, social, and life skills. The school has a highly collaborative approach, with teachers, behaviour therapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and tutors working together to provide tailored support. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs Use ABA/VB techniques to support learning and communication Work collaboratively with therapists and teaching staff to implement EHCP targets Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Track and assess pupil progress, adjusting strategies where needed Engage with parents and carers to provide regular updates and support Requirements: QTS and Enhanced DBS.
