Sales Office Manager
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Stamford
Hours: 0845 – 1730 - Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of 3 Sales Executives.
2. Achieve and exceed company confirmed revenue targets per revenue stream.
3. Build and maintain relationships with new venue and corporate clients to maximize all revenue streams.
4. Account manage and grow existing new business clients – drive growth of previous years' achieved revenue.
5. Identify potential leads for new business and assist in the development of new clients.
6. Plan site visits for new business clients and communicate effectively with the client and the internal team.
7. Attend meetings, industry events, and FAM trips when requested.
8. Work closely with the Marketing Director to support and implement marketing campaigns.
9. Contribute to industry news updates and social media posts to help increase awareness.
10. Support relationships with commercial partners.
11. Ensure 100% compliance with all SLA’s and SOP.
12. Achieve a target of 100 site visits per year.
Key skills and experience:
1. Team management experience.
2. Proven track record of achievement.
3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs.
4. Negotiation and relationship building skills.
5. Effective account management skills.
6. Highly numerate.
7. Good level of geographical knowledge.
8. Effective presentation skills.
9. Effective closing skills.
10. Desirable: Experience in the hotel, events, and meeting industry preferred.
