Responsibilities
for this Project Coordinator (A55) role:
1. Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of telecoms projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
2. Raise and manage A55 requests on the BT Portal, ensuring compliance with BT requirements and standards.
3. Act as the central point of communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and Tier 1 contractors.
4. Monitor project progress and support the resolution of any issues or delays.
5. Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is updated in line with project developments.
6. Support procurement and logistics processes for materials and equipment.
7. Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the Build Team.
Key Requirements for this Project Coordinator (A55) role:
8. Recent experience in Telecoms or have a multi-utility background
9. Excellent IT Skills in the full Microsoft suite (Office 365)
10. Experience raising A55s.
11. Working with the BT Portal (desirable but not mandatory)
12. Proven experience with accurate data handling and project coordination
13. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
14. Great communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
