1. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety policies including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Risk Assessments (RA’s), Non-Moving Reports (NMR’s), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
2. Communication: Provide detailed shift reports to departmental heads, highlighting breakdowns and necessary improvements for enhanced coordination and efficiency.
3. Spare Parts Management: Review and maintain an adequate stock of spare parts to ensure continuous availability of production machines and services.
4. Development and Training: Actively participate in training programs for self-development and assist in training production team members on the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment.
5. Support: Demonstrate flexibility by providing support as needed to ensure 24/7 maintenance coverage, including overtime and shift swaps.
6. Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO/BRC.
7. Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in the company's Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
