Role Overview Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (‘MLS’). This role will report to a Legal Director within our focussed and friendly ‘Co-Sec’ sub-team within the MLS team. Our Co-Sec team is split across Leeds, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Ireland. This supportive team consists of 9 colleagues. Together, the Co-Sec team is responsible for a wide range of governance and corporate administration work, both on a local and international scale. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide proactive administrative support to the team. Responsibilities will include: Supporting the Co-Sec team in delivering a quality service to clients, boards and committees File opening Anti-money laundering checks and client onboarding administration Forwarding registered office mail Updating company records on systems Supporting fee earners with billing tasks and monthly billing cycles Companies House invoice reconciliation Assisting with ad hoc queries and projects as required This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Our standard working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
