About the Role
* To provide a comprehensive range of business support to the work of the SEND Inclusion Support Services
* The post holder will be responsible for tasks such as (but not limited to) process mapping, purchasing and invoicing through IT systems and adhering to financial regulations, administration tasks in relation to penalty notices and corresponding with services, internal and external, as well as parent/carers of Nottingham city.
* The post is 22.2 hours per week which equates to three days
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A good knowledge and experience of administrative practices and procedures.
* Ability to interpret and operate within legal framework and policy guidelines.
* Experience of liaising with colleagues and professionals across a range of service areas.
* Experience in the use of IT packages and bespoke software, especially for maintaining data.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a variety of people.
