JOB TITLE: Senior Technical Delivery Manager
SALARY: £86,964 - £102,310
LOCATION: Edinburgh
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, on site.

The Senior Technical Delivery Manager leads their team to ensure the delivery of highly technical change. You'll coach others in the team to achieve delivery excellence as well as acting as an advocate for the Technical Change Delivery field.
What you’ll need:
* Wrap Platform delivery experience
* Knowledge of one or more technologies to allow delivery of key strategic programmes.
* Takes ownership for setting and managing area/programme budgets so that they align with organisational strategy.
* Takes responsibility to formally grow capabilities within a functional area/programme of the business, while personally investing in the growth of own and others' capabilities elsewhere in the organisation through mentoring and other informal methods.
* Lead senior relationships by engaging with internal customers to understand their long-term strategic challenges, while using large support/programme teams to meet their strategic requirements.
* Support the overall organisational strategy by developing and delivering operational/programme plans and outcomes.
* Leading programmes/functional areas using multiple methodologies/tools and highly proficient in at least one, including: Agile, Waterfall, SDLC and other 3rd party methodologies.
