Brief Description
As an Assistant Electrification & Plant Maintenance Engineer you will manage and direct the Technical Support Team to provide production, performance, assurance, technical, analytical, and data quality support to the Maintenance Engineering team. Through the management of the Technical Support team, you will control the development of individuals and the engagement of the team as well as lead the team to achieve business and functional objectives. You'll manage the arrangements for staff safety and competence whilst also undertaking an agreed programme of staff surveillance, work quality, and asset condition checks.
Salary and benefits:
* Salary of £43,588-£49,037 (Band.4C) depending on skills, qualifications and experience
