We are looking for a skilled and flexible Finance Assistant to join our trusted client’s team on a part time basis (3.5 – 4 days per week).
The specific day off is flexible and can change weekly. We are also open to flexible working hours—whether you'd prefer shorter days spread across 5 days or another arrangement that suits your needs.

Main Responsibilities as a Finance Assistant
Payroll management.
Bank reconciliation.
Managing three different company accounts, along with helping with directors' personal tax returns and expenses.
Overall management of company finances.
Experience in CIS, PAYE, and VAT is essential.
Comfortable with credit control tasks, including chasing for payments, although this is rarely needed and usually done via email.
Knowledge of SAGE software is preferred, or a willingness to learn.
Must be a dog lover—our client has six friendly office dogs!
This is an office-based role, with no remote working.
Must be confident and capable of taking full responsibility for the company's financial undertakings and able to work independently.
Willingness to assist with office management duties and other non-accounts related tasks when required.
