Joining our Operations team, the Technical Account Manager will build personal relationships with Customer site teams and maintain a reputation as technical authority with those teams and also within the Biosite organisation. The role holders will be responsible for all technical aspects relating to our key customers, including site surveys of complex installation requirements, validating the technical solution proposed and delivered, and alongside the Key Account Manager, acting as a key advocate for in-life improvement. The role holders will work closely with the Biosite installation and service managers to ensure the customer is always receiving a professional service. What Would You Do As Our Technical Account Manager As our Technical Account Manager, you will work alongside the Key Account Team to provide both pre- and post- sales technical support to ensure that on-site solutions are specified in line with customer needs and technical feasibility.
