We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Leader to provide support and direction to our Swindon team, so experience working in a similar care environment and good leadership skills are essential.
The role involves:
* Working on shift to support and guide staff
* Assisting the Care Manager to review and assess PWS needs and perform audits and reviews.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: £13.88 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
