A hybrid opportunity has arisen for a New Business and Customer Service Representative to join a well-known automotive company based in Bracknell on a 6 month rolling contract with the possibility of going permanent.

This role features hybrid working and flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Working within the departments Service Level Agreements, answering phone calls from customers and dealers.
2. Making changes to customers' finance agreements.
3. Allocating manual payments to customers' agreements accurately.
4. Checking finance documentation efficiently.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
2. Great communicator with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues, being compassionate and considerate.
3. Knowledge of FCA and Consumer Duty guidelines.
