Salary- £19.91 per hour
Location- Hybrid working with commute to Bracknell office.
Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week
Initial 12 month contract
The Role:
The Customer Resolution Advisor plays a critical role in managing customer issues effectively.
Handle end-to-end management of customer issues related to billing, collections, and complaints
Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve delinquent and disputed accounts
Work independently to perform collection activities on past due accounts
Utilise SAP and Salesforce systems for efficient issue resolution
Participate in corporate programs and process improvement initiatives
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Customer Issue Resolution Representative role will possess the following:
Strong customer-facing skills with a professional and positive demeanour
Minimum two years of experience in customer service, finance, supply chain, or sales
Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
