As a trend obsessed brand with community at the heart of everything we do, we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can deliver a competitive and innovative annual brand plan that balances building a customer-centric core communications plan alongside disruptive global launch moments for our fast-growing own label brand.
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded Sub-Brand Manager to take full ownership of an exciting new sub-brand within Beauty Bay. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to lead a brand’s end-to-end management, driving growth, awareness, and engagement. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand strategy, including product uploads and website management, social media management, content creation, influencer partnerships, and collaboration with NPD on product road mapping and new launches.
