Site Manager Opportunity – Maidenhead ITS is recruiting experienced Site Managers for a well-established, award-winning regional house builder operating in Maidenhead. About the Site Manager Role As a Site Manager, you will report to the Construction Director and be responsible for: Managing all aspects of the build programme, ensuring key deadlines are met and effectively communicating any changes. Overseeing daily site operations, including the management of sub-contractors and labourers. Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times and taking proactive measures for improvement. Monitoring build quality and contributing to continuous improvement. Collaborating with regional teams to address and resolve any site issues. About You Proven experience in a similar role within residential house building. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
