The role
The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What to expect from the role
* Support and motivate the team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying Pandora’s customer service standards
* Maintain a strong retail presence, educate and influence the store environment, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success
* Receive thorough training on our luxury products to become a Pandora product expert, with support from regional managers to develop your team and support their career progression
The successful candidate
Our store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player supporting an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
