What you'll do
In your new role, you’ll join our agile product team and play a key role in launching a new Lending product for the first time within NatWest Boxed. Working with the Product Owner for your business area, you will find the best solutions.
You’ll also:
* Define and Track product requirements: Work closely with the Product team in the lending domain to identify, analyse, and manage detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs.
* Lead Discovery & Story Creation: Support and lead detailed discovery sessions with the lending team, taking ownership of crafting user stories and requirements that drive the development and build of the Lending solution.
* Process Design & Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, document, and refine new processes that support the product's successful rollout, ensuring a seamless development pipeline and path to production.
* Develop a working knowledge of NatWest Boxed and Group policies, supporting the identification of where existing policies align with or need adaptation for the Lending proposition.
The skills you'll need
You’ll need previous experience in business analysis roles with a technical understanding of how APIs, integrations, and digital banking infrastructures work. You’ll have excellent structured analytical skills with the ability to document requirements for complex systems in a logical and understandable manner.
You’ll also need:
* Familiarity with CONC, CCA (Consumer Credit Act), FCA regulations, and financial compliance, along with the ability to spot gaps in policy that might impact product development.
* Strong writing skills to create clear, structured, and comprehensive requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills with previous experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
* An ability to identify issues early, troubleshoot problems, and drive solutions.
