Customer Service Representative

Full time and part time opportunities available.
* Full time hours 37 hours rota- Monday to Friday between 8am-5:30pm
* Part time hours- up to 5 days per week. Hours 9.30am-2.30pm
Closing date for applications: Wednesday April 9th.
To be the primary point of contact for customer queries, pre-sales enquiries, spares sales, and after-sales service for the Kohler Mira business. Liaising directly with customers mainly by telephone to resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with pre-sales enquiries, product selection, availability, and location of showrooms
* Taking in-coming calls, identifying customer requirements, and initiating appropriate actions in a timely manner
* Resolving post-sales issues and providing technical product support
* Arranging service visits, spares sales, and promoting service and extended warranty policies
* Outbound follow-up telephone calls
* Ensuring customer service levels are exceeded in-line with company and department key performance indicators
* Creation and promotion of brand awareness issues
* Providing cross-functional administration support as required
Skills/Requirements
* Ability to understand technical issues and resolutions
* Experience with customer contact/interaction
