Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff, they will contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with diverse SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties. Assisting with lesson delivery and adapting learning materials to meet individual student needs. Providing one-to-one and small-group support to enhance student progress. Encouraging students’ independence, confidence, and social skills. Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals. Requirements: Essential: UK classroom experience, preferably within an SEN setting. Desirable: QTS or equivalent qualification. A passion for working with children with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
