Client Services Executive, Event Executive, Client Services Coordinator

Location: Surrey Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum


We are looking to hire a Client Services Executive, ideally with experience already working for an events agency, or similar creative agency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and other channels

• Build and nurture strong client relationships

• Efficiently process client requests and enquiries

• Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients

• Resolve client issues swiftly and professionally

• Contribute to improving client service processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a professional services environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
