Job Description:
Permanent Paid Search Senior Executive / Paid Search Executive Hybrid role in Leeds with a Global Agency offering a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with client goals.
* Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns, including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights.
* Support Paid Search Manager in client communication, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and platform reps to drive best-in-class performance.
Key Skills:
* 12 months+ experience managing paid search campaigns in an agency or client-facing environment.
* Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 or international search engines a bonus.
* Strong understanding of paid search principles and best practices.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* For the Senior Paid Executive role, must have mentored or managed.
