Treatment Co-ordinator
As Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their dental journey, ensuring a seamless and five-star experience from initial enquiry to completion of treatment and beyond. You will engage with patients to present treatment options, provide clarity on plans and costs, and foster strong relationships to build trust and confidence.
Working closely with the clinical and marketing teams, you will contribute to the growth of the practice by converting patient enquiries into committed treatment plans while delivering an exceptional, patient-focused service.
Dimensions
Role: Full time, 40 hours between Monday to Sunday. Weekend working may be required when needed.
Salary: GBP29,500 - GBP31,000 per annum dependent upon experience.

Requirements
Essential
1. Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to effectively address and resolve concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
2. Proficiency in using dental practice management software and CRM systems.
3. Experience of working with a marketing team to drive customer sales.
4. GDC registration.
5. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences at every stage of their journey.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients providing clear professional and empathetic communication across all channels.
7. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Motivation to achieve high levels of performance to deliver measurable results.
10. Ability to adapt to changes and new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Desirable
1. Qualification in dental radiography.
2. Competent and experienced in clinical photography.
3. Higher Education Qualification in healthcare or sales and marketing.
Experience
2 years experience within the dental, healthcare or marketing and sales sector. Excellent customer relations skills and skills in IT systems such as Microsoft Office.
Activities
1. Demonstrate an expert understanding of the Patient Journey and the Patient Experience ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all patients.
2. Guide and nurture patients through the complete treatment journey, ensuring a five-star patient experience at every stage.
3. Handle all patient enquiries promptly and professionally across all communication channels.
4. Create and drive tailored patient journeys, including treatment options, financial plans, and scheduling.
5. Provide support to patients during their treatment, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
6. Monitor and manage unbooked treatment plans, implementing effective follow-ups.
7. Work collaboratively with the clinical and marketing teams to align on patient needs and treatment goals.
8. Encourage and capture testimonials, Google reviews, and referrals from satisfied patients.
