As a Legal Secretary, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support within the residential property department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
You will be responsible for:
1. Draft and manage legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
2. Assist in the preparation of property transactions, such as sales, purchases, and leases.
3. Coordinate communication between clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure efficient case progression.
4. Keep case files and records well-organised and up-to-date.
5. Conduct legal research and gather necessary case information.
6. Ensure adherence to all relevant legal procedures and regulations.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Admin, Legal Clerk or in a similar role.
2. Ideally have experience in a residential property department.
3. Understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
5. Skilled in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
