About the Role:
* Provide individualized care using evidence-based guidelines.

What we are looking for:
* Registered Nurse with post-registration experience.
* Knowledge of best clinical practices.
* Awareness of current legislation in the independent care sector.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
* Experience in nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
* Strong clinical leadership and team-building skills.
