Job Description
An exciting vacancy has risen within Stirling Council for the post of Sustainable Transport Project Officer.
This opportunity will work within the Sustainable Development Team on projects relating to the Climate and Nature Emergency Plan and emerging Sustainable Mobility Strategy. The post holder will be central to taking forward projects relating to transport strategic plans, including active travel, freight, public transport, and other forms of sustainable transport. This role will involve close collaboration with communities and key partners.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field and have experience in quality project management delivery. You should demonstrate experience in programme management and effective communication. A strong understanding of the climate emergency and a desire to deliver transformative projects are essential.
A full driver's licence is essential for this role.
