Join a global leader as a Sales Administrator. This role is essential for ensuring efficient processing of customer orders and managing the sales administration cycle from quotation to invoicing.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Efficiently process customer orders received via email and telephone.
* Prepare and provide accurate quotes to customers.
* Handle sales order processing from start to finish.
* Allocate and dispatch orders, ensuring timely delivery.
* Generate and manage delivery notes and other related documentation.
* Create and send invoices to customers.
* Maintain accurate records and logs of all sales transactions.
* Assist in resolving any order or invoice discrepancies.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment.
* Knowledge of a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management).
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Friendly personality and a strong team player.
* Good attention to detail.
