Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy customer service team in Stallingborough. As the first point of contact for both our B2B and B2C customers, the ideal candidate will be organised, professional, and courteous. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and has a commitment to providing the best customer service possible.
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about Splash About products.
* Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Handle customer email inquiries, social media messages, live online chat, and telephone calls.
* Process customer returns and product rework.
* Process customer orders.
* Provide support to the sales and operations team.
* Answer Amazon emails once per day during the weekend.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent communicator and highly organized with good IT systems knowledge including Microsoft Excel.
* Educated to at least A level equivalent – Min C in GCSE Maths and English.
* Experience working in a Customer Service role.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Things To Consider:
Splash About International is based on North Moss Lane Industrial Estate, Stallingborough. Please check the company location; public transport is limited around the area and transport to this location is essential. This is an in-person position which does not offer remote working.
