About The Role
Are you passionate about governance and quality assurance? Join our team as a Governance Officer, where you will assist in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Your work will help mitigate business risks and enhance patient safety.
This is a maternity cover role for up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage QMS: Assist in managing the QMS to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
2. Monitor Deviations: Oversee deviations, root cause analysis, CAPAs, and responses to audit findings.
3. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the long-term effectiveness of CAPAs and ensure continuous improvement.
4. Audit Review: Review audit findings and assess the effectiveness of agreed actions.
5. Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage relationships with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
About You
Education: Degree in a life science or relevant experience.
Experience: Proven experience in regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and risk management.
Key Skills:
1. Stakeholder Management: Confident in liaising with colleagues at all levels and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Root Cause Analysis: Proficient in investigating incidents using techniques like 5 Whys or PSIRF to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
3. Proficient in QMS and CAPA management.
4. Continuous Improvement: Skilled in identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Extensive knowledge of PV legislation and regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
