Care Assistant - Days/Nights Available Part-time, Full-time, Permanent and bank £12.00 per hour. Shifts are 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am Monday _ Sunday Overtime rate available We are looking for individuals who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting people. The role would suit someone who is able to multi task, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure. Our care assistants are part of a dedicated and highly trained team. These roles are all about being committed to the wellbeing of each person, looking after any complex needs with real sensitivity. As part of a dedicated care team, you will: Develop and review individual care plans for our ladies and gentlemen and provide personal care in line with them, enhancing their physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Undertake the role of a keyworker with a group of ladies and gents, engaging in both routine and social activities with them throughout the day. Interact with the friends and family of people living with us, including attending review meetings. Meeting and greeting other visitors to the home. Though previous experience is desirable, the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is far more important to us. You will be part of team who believe in respecting every person as a unique individual, treating them with the dignity you would wish for yourself.
