As Head of Legal, you will lead the legal strategy for M&A activities, overseeing due diligence, structuring deals, and managing the integration of acquisitions. Your expertise will ensure compliance with UK laws, including the Companies Act 2006, GDPR, and employment law, while safeguarding the company’s legal interests.

You will also ensure compliance with data protection laws, develop internal policies, and provide training on legal, and compliance matters to the wider business.
The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with a strong background in corporate and M&A law. You should have excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of data protection and employment law. You will be comfortable managing multiple legal matters simultaneously and aligning legal strategy with the company’s commercial goals.
