Your responsibilities will include: You’ll be supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties between the ages of 20-60 in their own home. You’ll be involved in supporting them in all activities of daily living. You will empower them to make decisions for themselves and achieve their own dreams, goals, and aspirations. You will support them to ensure they are actively involved in their local community. Assisting them to maintain relationships with friends and family and support them to learn life skills such as cooking and cleaning, managing finances, and engaging in meaningful hobbies/activities. The people you will be supporting would like you to be patient and outgoing, enjoying the outdoors, watching films, trains, and discos.
