The Role: As our Global Social Media and Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a dynamic social media strategy across social networking channels for our key Global Impact verticals.
Your mission will be to enhance our brand visibility, foster deep community engagement, and drive measurable impact across diverse regions.
You’ll work closely with our Content Marketing & Editorial Manager and collaborate with top creative agencies to develop compelling social content that resonates with our audience Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with our Global Impact goals.
Lead initiatives across LinkedIn and Facebook to elevate our brand, increase engagement, and drive impact.
Paid Social Campaigns: Partner with our Content & Editorial Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Manager to plan and manage paid social campaigns.
Define clear marketing objectives, target audiences, and success metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Community Management: Take charge of our social community strategy.
Drive meaningful conversations with our followers and increase engagement with our content.
Lead efforts to build a vibrant online community that supports our mission.
Content Creation & Collaboration: Work closely with designers and creative agencies to develop eye-catching visual assets, including videos and animations.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and campaign goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Regularly analyze social media performance data to inform and optimize future strategies.
Use insights to increase the effectiveness of our campaigns and report on key metrics.
Influencer Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
Leverage these partnerships to expand our reach and amplify our social impact.
Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices.
Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.
What You Bring: Experience: A minimum of 4 years in social media and content management, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
At least 3 years of experience in community management.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook, with a passion for social media and visual storytelling.
Experience with Sprinklr Social Tools is a strong plus.
Creativity & Strategy: A strategic thinker with a flair for creativity.
You know how to blend data-driven insights with innovative ideas to create impactful social content.
Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with designers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
This opportunity is a 11-month contract, hybrid in London.
