1. Some flexibility to work remotely is offered, however would be required to be in the office on a rota basis/for supervisions/meetings, as agreed with the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken.
2. Care Act Assessments and reviews – including responding to the needs of carers, Capacity Assessments, and best interest decisions.
3. CPA work may be required, building relationships with service users and carers. Along with working with complexity, ability to liaise and negotiate with providers.
