Go Low Carbon is looking to expand its offerings and grown existing verticals. We seek a candidate t o provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business needs, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for developing leads through phone calls, social media and emails. A lead generation specialist's job is to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers for a business. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities & duties: Research, track, maintain and update leads. Research: Find potential leads through databases, CRM software, or social media. Outreach: Contact potential leads through email, cold calling, or social media. Qualify & Progress to Quoting Stage: Obtain customers' bills to initiate Sales Team to quote accordingly. Follow up: Nurture leads through a campaign that can include phone calls, emails, or social media. Maintain CRM: Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with details about each lead interaction. Enhance Customer Journey: By obtaining any supplementary information and recording it onto the CRM to foster the customer experience and grow the relationship. Lead Quality: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data meet the needs of the business and customer. Ensure that customers always have a positive experience with the company. To take part in exhibitions and other marketing events. Interdepartmental Services: Engage all customers on our full range of services Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B utility sales Professional, ethical approach with a focus on the customer Dynamic, self-motivated, and pro-active Ambitious for personal growth and career development Excellent interpersonal skills Good attention to detail Work in an orderly fashion Computer literate, particularly with Office 365 Benefits Contract: Permanent, 35.5 hours per week. Salary: Between £25 000 and £30 000 dependant on experience plus performance bonus Holidays: 32 days, inclusive of bank holidays. Location: Flexible. The successful candidate can work from our head office in Carlisle or alternatively will be supported in working from home office. Travel to the head office or meeting points will be required occasionally.
