Job Description
The HSE Manager will lead a small team and be tasked with maintaining the current high standards of the site while developing HSE operations and its metrics. You will report to the Group HSE Manager with a dotted line into the Site Operations Director, working collaboratively across cultural development and supporting the site with further growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Leading a high-performance safety culture
* Supporting production and engineering teams in achieving both their safety and wider operational goals
* Challenging existing HSE systems and processes
* Working closely with other sites across the group, sharing best practices
* Supporting wider project works
The Successful Applicant
The successful HSE Manager should have:
* Proven experience as an HSE Manager in FMCG manufacture or similar
* A strong NEBOSH qualification
* An analytical and pragmatic approach
* Ideally exposure to leading health & safety in growing manufacturing sites
