Lti Transformations is Scotland's leading Wall / Roof / UPVC refurbishment company operating in the domestic market all over Scotland. Due to further expansion, we have opened additional new offices in Bathgate. The successful applicant will be joining an already busy team. (NO Cold calling) Duties will include handling inbound calls as well as performing basic admin duties. Applicants must be familiar with Word and Excel. This is an immediate start position, and the applicant needs to be available to start almost immediately.
Experience And Qualifications:
Applicants must have previous experience dealing with customers over the phone as well as an excellent telephone manner.
