A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lab Manager to lead operations in a dynamic telecommunications laboratory focused on advanced networking solutions. This role involves overseeing lab activities, managing resources, and ensuring efficient support for product development and testing.
As a Lab Manager, you will coordinate test schedules, maintain equipment, and manage component inventory, including ordering parts as needed. You will also be responsible for soldering and amending PCBs, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring the lab meets operational and safety standards. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering teams to support prototyping and testing activities.
The ideal Lab Manager will have:
1. Proven experience in lab management within a technical or engineering environment.
2. Expertise in soldering, PCB modification, and hardware troubleshooting.
3. Familiarity with telecommunications equipment and testing protocols.
