The Role The Software Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst will be joining a company that is well-established with a strong product range (mission-critical, browser-based software developed predominantly in C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript and SQL Server) used by market leading companies across the globe. The role of the Software Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst will be to provide proactive, personable support to users of my client's software over the phone and via email. This will involve accurately logging calls via a helpdesk system, basic troubleshooting/investigation of issues, escalating reported faults where required, and keeping customers updated as to the status of their call. What experience do I need?
