An amazing specialist school in the heart of Wokingham is on the hunt for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team starting in the new academic year - September 2024. The role will be on a part-time basis - 2-3 days a week.

1. You will be facilitating and providing specific interventions to aid in the children’s learning
2. You will facilitate a safe and secure environment for learning to take place

4. You will keep track of their academic achievements
5. Have a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding
Qualities you will need to be a great Autism Support Assistant:
1. Being kind, caring, and compassionate
2. Candidates will need to have previous experience working with students with SEN or behavioural needs
3. Having a determination to make a difference in the lives of the students
4. Be patient and willing to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the students
5. You will need an enhanced DBS check, but don’t worry if you don’t have one, we can facilitate your application
