To be successful, you will already have experience in sourcing and acquiring land for residential development and have knowledge of housing building, planning policy and process. What we're looking for? Aligned to our ethos and values, the successful candidate must have ; Previous experience in land acquisition in the residential development sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of land appraisals and financial viability assessments.
