This will be a hybrid opportunity with an alternating shift pattern including an afternoon shift. Main Duties of the Role Provide 2nd Line Support to customers over the phone and email whilst keeping the ticketing system up-to-date. Manage tickets escalated from 1st line members Maintaining internal documentation Attending customer site when required Your Skills and Experience Experience within a similar position, ideally in an MSP environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Microsoft Desktop & Server, Exchange, Active Directory, 365 VMware / Hyper-V Configuring and supporting Firewalls and Switches Knowledge of ITIL Salary £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience
