Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Service Desk Engineer for a successful Service Provider based in Bristol?
This will be a hybrid opportunity with an alternating shift pattern including an afternoon shift.
Main Duties of the Role
* Provide 2nd Line Support to customers over the phone and email whilst keeping the ticketing system up-to-date.
* Manage tickets escalated from 1st line members
* Maintaining internal documentation
* Attending customer site when required
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience within a similar position, ideally in an MSP environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Microsoft Desktop & Server, Exchange, Active Directory, 365
* VMware / Hyper-V
* Configuring and supporting Firewalls and Switches
* Knowledge of ITIL
Salary
* £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience
