Job Summary
This role will see you working closely with the Head of HR, supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality administrative services to the business, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the administration of employee life-cycles, including offer letters, contracts, and changes to terms & conditions. You will also be responsible for absence management and recruitment reporting, as well as supporting payroll calculations and collating data.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee life-cycle from offer letters to contractual amendments
* Lead on absence management and recruitment reporting initiatives
* Support payroll calculations and collate data for accurate processing
* Assist with recruitment process administration and onboarding new starters
