The role of Area Customer Service & Performance Advisor is to implement the company performance improvement processes in the route / area to deliver train service improvement across the railway industry. Additionally the role is responsible for monitoring the route/areas performance KPIs to ensure accuracy and ensure adjustments are made when necessary, and liaising with stakeholders to investigate performance issues.
