Reporting the UK Sales Manager, your role as the Administrative Employee is to support the field-based sales team and the overall operation of the Test & Measurement division in line with its business strategy of delivering precision made solutions and services to our UK based clientele. This position will require an experienced individual who has a confident and outgoing personality, who is able to proactively engage with new customers and existing clients in respect of arranging sales visits and to uphold routine product maintenance schedules. You will ensure all records are kept fresh and clear on our bespoke CRM system including periodic reporting on your own activity in addition to the activity of the sales team. As an administrative employee you will support the sales operation by: Contacting our extensive list of clients by phone to qualify the level of interest from marketing qualified leads and to arrange for the suitable colleague to visit if appropriate. Contacting new potential customers, as identified by the sales team, by phone to qualify current and future requirements whilst assimilating critical requirements and pain points. Update the CRM system with accurate information in relation to phone call activities. Create, where necessary, formal quotations on behalf of the sales team; logging such documents within the CRM system. Administer shipments of products to UK based locations as required by the sales team. Contact existing users of Yokogawa Test & Measurement products in respect to periodic calibrations and/or maintenance. Providing timely reports on sales activities related to the above. Applicants with Test & Measurement industry experience are highly desirable, but not essential. What you will bring to us: You are a highly motivated person with a natural enthusiastic drive. Flexibility will be required to meet customer and business needs.
