Key responsibilities include designing training programs, conducting workshops, assessing training effectiveness, developing sales resources, and continuously improving training programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes, product knowledge, sales performance analysis, and curriculum design skills. Additionally, the candidate should have facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship abilities, presentation skills, and active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
