OBC are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities / Duties:
* Procurement of subcontractors, ensuring supply chain documentation is obtained and compliant
* Communicate and coordinate information with Client Design teams, OBC Site Managers and subcontractors
* Attendance at project progress meetings
* Update project programs
* Monitor project progress
* Monthly project measurements and claims
* Assistance in tender submissions
* Other ad-hoc project administration duties
Requirements:
* Good practical knowledge of quantity surveying procedures and understanding of standard measurement rules
* Previous experience in similar roles
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent IT skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with others
