Business Development Manager
đMy client is one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK and is looking for a top-tier Business Development Manager to help drive the company forward and continue its impressive growth. They work with some of the worldâs most exciting brands and have ambitious plans to become the leader in their space. With an international team of 40 based across Manchester and Skopje, they are rapidly expanding services worldwide.
Theyâre not looking for just any hire - they want someone who will bring fresh ideas, go above and beyond, and be an integral part of their journey.
What Youâll Be Doing:
* Qualifying potential new clients - not just based on budget and need, but ensuring a strong values fit for long-term partnerships.
* Preparing standout proposals and presentations to pitch services and convert prospects into clients.
* Maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline and tracking leads, opportunities, and deals.
* Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
* Managing client relationships, including referrals, renewals, and upsells.
* Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
* Leading monthly performance calls and conducting ad-hoc check-ins.
What Youâll Need:
* 2+ years of experience in a business development role (experience in lead generation or a digital marketing agency is a plus).
* Confidence in presenting virtually and face-to-face with key decision-makers.
* Strong ability to build rapport with clients across various industries.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong time management and a desire to improve processes and maximize efficiency.
* A team player - both in the office and when competing in company-wide darts tournaments!
