We are currently hiring multiple Workforce Planning Executives to join Reed Talent Solutions to support our Angard team.
* Salary: £23,500 per annum, pro rata
* Type of contract: FTC (6 months ending in Jan 2025), could be extended or made permanent
* Location: 1st Floor, Brackmills Business Park, 900 Pavilion Dr, Northampton NN4 7RG (fully office based)
Reed Talent Solutions has operated an outsourced resourcing process for the provision of flexible employees to Royal Mail since August 2011 under a direct hire resourcing model. This contract is managed alongside the established Managed Service contract to supply temporary workers to Royal Mail, which has been operated by Reed for over 10 years.
The teams are responsible for building successful relationships with client organisations to establish their recruitment requirements, and then following processes and procedures to ensure that these are filled according to the client's Service Level Agreements.
Consultants are accountable for successfully managing their own workload and ensuring that all tasks completed adhere to established Service Level Agreements and to agreed quality standards.
Within the Service Delivery Team, it is also the responsibility of the Workforce Planning Executive to identify issues that may impact service delivery and to take action to address these or escalate them appropriately. In addition, the Resourcing Consultant should continually review the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures and systems used throughout the recruitment process and where appropriate, make recommendations in relation to how these may be improved.

* Experience of working in a customer or client-facing role, or administration in a process-driven environment
* Experience of extensive telephone communication, ideally in a call centre environment
* Experience of dealing with many tasks at one time
* Experience of working within a recruitment and/or resourcing environment would be advantageous
* Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages including MS Excel, Word, and databases
* Demonstrating a willingness to learn new bespoke database systems
